Highland Springs Little League Volunteer Opportunities

In continuing to support the local community, Elko Middle School is happy to present the following:

Hey East End! Let’s welcome back a 50+ year old legacy in Highland Springs! The Highland Springs Little League is making a comeback! We want YOU to be a part of this amazing occasion so your kids and grandkids can share the same opportunities! Highland Springs Little League will have T-Ball, Baseball, Softball and Challenger teams. The most important piece of all of this is your kids and grandkids having fun playing Little League!

This organization is dedicated to the youth of east end Henrico County and has full backing and involvement from the national Little League institution. Join our goal & our MISSION to get our youth involved in our communities and helping to build those lifelong friendships.

To get Highland Springs Little League started, we will be voting in board members and we want the entire community involved. Our territory includes Varina and Sandston areas as well. If you are interested in joining the Highland Springs Little League board or want to come and show your support, please join us at the Confederate Hills Recreational Center on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 6:30pm. We will be voting in the Board of Directors along with other positions! In addition, we are looking for a Vice President for Baseball, Vice
President for Softball with Title IX Compliance (Athletic Directors) and a Vice President of Challenger Operations with Title I Consultant (School Guidance Counselor). We are also looking for coaches and managers.

Please see the additional information on the following pages for more information on Board positions. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at HighlandSpringsLL@gmail.com or you can contact Jimmy Gallagher @ 804-615-0929 or Jeff Jackson @ 804-244-7938.

Come out and see us to learn more and show your support. Let’s build up our community starting with our children!
