SO HARD TO SAY GOODBYE

As the school year comes to a close, we bid a bittersweet farewell to three incredible leaders: Mrs. Meeks, Mr. Calder, and Mr. Hardy. They are leaving the nest to soar to new heights in their leadership careers, and I want to take this opportunity to thank them for their dedicated service to the Elko community.

Throughout their time here, they have worked tirelessly across various areas of school operations to ensure our students received the best educational opportunities possible. Their unwavering support of Elko’s mission and vision has truly made my job easier.

This year’s theme was Mission Possible. While we encountered our fair share of obstacles that threatened to derail us, these leaders used innovative ways to pivot, clear the path, and help us achieve our goals. Because of their leadership, we didn't just survive this year—we soared like true Eagles.

We will miss them dearly, and the entire Eagle family wishes them nothing but the best in their next chapters. Remember: once an Eagle, always an Eagle!
